Formed in 2019, the Construction Choir Collective brings choir music into unconventional public spaces, transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. Their mission? To redefine what choir music can be by resonating in unusual spaces and dismantling the traditional hierarchies between performers and listeners.
Wearing their signature Blaumänner, this blue-collar group emphasizes collaboration as the heart of their artistic practice, turning it into a powerful metaphor for social interaction and collective work. Their repertoire blends traditional and avant-garde folklore with modern and abstract elements, creating a unique soundscape.
